David Franklin is a construction management professional and licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in construction, real estate development and architectural industry capacities for civic, corporate, aviation, sport/venue, workplace, educational, and retail projects. David has taught architecture, urban design, and construction management, and has juried design studios and/or lectured in the U.S., France, India, and the United Arab Emirates. He is a Francis J. Plym fellow at the University of Illinois, and is current secretary of AIA Middle East. From 2009 to 2013 David served a mayoral appointment to the City of Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission.

Carey Anderson been engaged in construction administration and architecture for over 35 years, having built an extensive and diverse project portfolio. Among Carey's high profile projects are the Louisville Urban League Headquarters, a new Transportation / Operations building for the Transit Authority of River City, and numerous new and expanded facilities for the Jefferson County (Louisville) Public School District. He served as lead Associate construction administrator for the KFC Arena in Louisville to the project's prime firm (Populous, inc.) Carey has served numerous gubernatorial and mayoral appointments, and served an appointment as the City Architect for the City of Louisville, Kentucky. He was elected president of the Kentucky Board of Architects in October, 2003.
